This time of the year we get to see all the new autumnal colours. Don’t they look good! It has been nice so far that the sun has stayed with us before the clocks change.
Tip: get outside as much as you can now to get your daily dose of Vitamin D. Hopefully then we can all survive the winter! However sometimes we need a little help, you can purchase Vitamin D as a supplement or if like myself, I prefer to sit in an infrared sauna and relax at the same time.
Autumn is a lovely time of year to get the wellies on and head in to the forest for a long walk. Wrap up warm and get your exercise in.
