May 2019
Huge congratulations to all of those that are raising funds while putting your body through extreme exercise! I am sure you feel a lot of pride when you cross over the finishing line.
I have been able to help someone this year who ran the London Marathon- one year after completing chemotherapy. Chemotherapy effects the body in many ways, so to come back from the effects of chemotherapy and build mental strength again is no easy task.
Here is what Elyane had to say:
“I just want to feedback to you how good Sally’s sports massage is! She is professional, friendly, supportive and definitely knows her anatomy. Following breast cancer in 2017 I gained a place in the London Marathon…26.2 miles! I am not a natural runner and suffered from very tight calves. Sally gave me regular massages that was specific to my muscle tension and my legs honestly felt so much lighter! She is very passionate about her work and I would definitely recommend her! I completed the marathon…and wasn’t last and barely had any muscle aches after which I have put down to regular sports massages. Thank you Sally for helping me to achieve my goal and in doing so raised over £6,000 for Breast Cancer Care!”
Have you also gone through a major life changing experience and are looking at training and entering a sporting challenge? If so, then I am happy to help you with treatments and advice.
Massive congratulation to Elyane on smashing her goal and raising much needed funds.
