This month #NFSM take their last exams towards the first-year learning Osteopathy. It has been a hard 10 months with working, exams and completing deadlines for the degree.
I have found I am still a very anxious person when It comes to exams and with so many other people sitting exams, I thought I would share how I have coped.
- Being super organised (when you have other activities apart from studying, keeping on top of them is key).
- Be prepared, revise.
- Acupuncture/ Massage
- Supplements to support the body, I found using DSF-Herbal just helps along with a good balanced diet.
- Sleep! You still need to keep up sleep, very important for the body and mind.
- To keep things balanced a good night out with friends, with plenty of laughter!
