 If you are unable to attend your appointment please inform us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can offer this appointment to someone else. Failure to attend your appointment without such notice will result in a 100% cancellation charge.

 If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we can re fill your space we will offer to transfer your appointment to another date and time without charge. If not you will be changed the full amount of your session.
